Chair, Seated and Office Yoga
All the benefits of yoga with out the need to leave your seat.
Adapted from traditional yoga practices, chair, office (and airplane) yoga are designed for anyone who wants to move without getting up from their chair, or when space is well and truly limited.
Our clients range from those who want to learn a few exercises to get them moving at their desk, or when circumstances are keeping them seated or restrict their movement, to those whose balance or mobility restricts their ability to practice the more traditional mat based yoga styles.
Our program presenter, and our founder, Bron Roberts has almost 50 years (yes, that's half a century!) of practice in a range of mindful movement styles, is a Lakshmi Voelker and 'Get Fit Where You Sit' certified seated yoga teacher, and yes, she can't help but bring a little neuroscience and a sense of joy into both of these programs.
