The SMILE Project® program, like all our programs, is available as a single session and as a longer immersion into each of the concepts.
Our Chief Happiness Officer, Bron, developed the SMILE the acronym when she was nine years old. It's been her go to wellbeing strategy ever since, giving her the space to turn reactions into responses, and helping expand her world in ways her nine year old self could never have imagined.
